Service Flexibility is on target for 2025 with a total score of 245.5 out of a possible 315 points. 88.8% of services included are available in-person, 57.5% of services included are available over-the-phone, 81.3% of services included are available online, 70% of services included are available after hours, and 88.8% of services included are available in a flexible location. 

In 2025 the number of services included in the measure decreased from 82 to 80.


Definition

Measures the number of access points certain services have available for residents. The access points include (1) in-person, (2) over-the-phone, (3) online, (4) after hours, and (5) location flexibility. Each service can receive a total possible score of 4 points. This includes 1 point for in-person, 1 point for over-the-phone, 1 point for online, 0.5 points for after hours, and 0.5 points for location flexible.
