The County’s successful advocacy rate is the total percentage of three metrics: (1) the percentage of tracked bills that the County supported and became law; (2) the percentage of tracked bills that the county opposed and did not become law; and (3) the percentage of tracked bills the county took an amend position on and was amended accordingly.
