What Does It Mean?

The Clerk & Recorder's Office added a few new clerks to the motor vehicle team in Q3 2026. This accounts for the increase in wait times as new clerks generally have slower transaction times as they train and learn the systems. As these clerks become more experienced, we expect to see transaction times decrease. While transaction times increased from Q2 to Q3 2026, they remained below target resulting in a green status for this measure.
