Why is This Important?

Strategic Planning and our related outcome measures directly impact good governance and our long-term vision. Knowing what percentage of our outcome measures that have met or exceeded their targets will give us an aggregate view of our progress to date.

What Does It Mean?

In Q1 2026, 75.86% of finalized outcome measures were meeting or exceeding their targets. Please note that 12 measures are still in development.

Definition

The County reports both outcome measures and context measures. Outcome measures are intended to gauge performance, whereas context measures provide additional information which help us to better understand how performance is impacted. 

This measure tracks the number of outcome measures that have a current value exceeding or equal to the preestablished targets divided by the total number of strategic plan outcomes measures. This measure is expressed as a percentage.
