Definition

This measure tracks the percent of rental assistance clients that are reported to be housing stable after eviction prevention. For the purposes of this measure, housing stable is defined as having an affordable, safe, and consistent place to live where the individual or household has the choice over when to relocate and are not living in fear displacement or homelessness.
