Service Flexibility

Service Flexibility

Measures the number of access points certain services have available for residents. The access points include (1) in-person, (2) over-the-phone, (3) online, (4) after hours, and (5) location flexibility. Each service can receive a total possible score of 4 points. This includes 1 point for in-person, 1 point for over-the-phone, 1 point for online, 0.5 points for after hours, and 0.5 points for location flexible.

Demonstrates the County's commitment to serving all residents.

High/medium - Arapahoe County manages and funds the services provided to residents. However, in some circumstances access points can be limited due to State or Federal mandates.

Service Flexibility is on target for 2023 with a total score of 228 out of a possible 302.5 points. Based on the series evaluation, 225 is the lowest possible score the measure can receive while in the green range. This means that although the measure is green, there is still room for improvement. 87% of services included are available in-person, 54.5% of services included are available over-the-phone, 80.5% of services included are available online, 84.4% of services included are available after hours, and 63.6% of services included are available in a flexible location.
